Frequently asked questions
Are replies published without me knowing?
No. By default, nothing is published without your approval. If you wish, replies can go out on their own: for positive reviews only, or for all reviews. You then keep a delay to cancel them.
Who writes the replies?
They are written automatically from the review, your business description and the tone you chose. You can always edit them.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can read a text message, you can use it. Everything is done from your phone, in a few seconds.
What about negative reviews?
The suggested reply stays calm and courteous. By default, you always read it before publishing; they only go out on their own if you chose to publish all reviews automatically.
How do I stop?
From “Settings”, in one tap. No commitment and no fees. During the trial, nothing is charged if you stop before it ends. Replies you have already published stay on Google.
