Terms of use and sale
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms govern the use of the Shuren service, published by Victor Bazet-Braun EI (Shuren), and the purchase of a subscription. The service is intended for businesses: by creating an account, you declare that you act for the purposes of your business activity and you accept these terms.
1. The service
Shuren helps you reply to the Google reviews of your businesses: it reads your reviews, proposes an automatically written reply, and publishes it on Google when you approve it, or automatically if you have turned on that option (for positive reviews or for all reviews).
Replies are proposed by a third-party artificial intelligence system, with your explicit consent to send your data (see the privacy policy): without this consent, the service writes no reply. They may contain mistakes: you remain responsible for replies published in your name, whether you approved them one by one or turned on automatic publishing.
You authorize us to publish on your behalf, on the Google listings of your businesses, the replies you approve and those covered by the automatic publishing rules you have turned on. Nothing is published outside these two cases. You can edit or delete a reply from Google at any time.
Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. Shuren is an independent service, neither published, approved nor sponsored by Google.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account that manages the listings of your businesses, and you authorize us to access them. You must have the right to manage these listings.
A business can only be followed by one account at a time.
You agree to comply with Google's rules on reviews and replies, and not to use the service to publish unlawful, abusive or misleading content.
3. Free trial
The first subscription of each account starts with a 7-day free trial (30 days for a referred customer). Your payment card is requested at the start of the trial, but nothing is charged during the trial.
If you stop the subscription before the end of the trial, nothing is charged and you keep access to the service until the end of the trial. Otherwise, the subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial and the first payment is charged that day.
One free trial per account. Without a current subscription, the account becomes read-only: your reviews remain visible, but we no longer write or publish replies.
4. Prices and payment
The subscription is billed per business followed: €49 per month, or €490 per year. From 5 businesses, the group rate applies to all of them: €44 per month or €440 per year per business. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Payment is made by card, in advance, through our partner Stripe. After the free trial, each period (month or year) is charged at its start.
If you add or remove a business, the amount is adjusted pro rata for the current period.
The subscription renews automatically at each due date (month or year). If a payment fails, we notify you; without a fix, the account becomes read-only.
We may change our prices; any change is announced to you at least 30 days before it applies to your next due date.
Invoices are issued electronically and available in “Settings > Manage my subscription”.
Any late payment automatically incurs penalties calculated at the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation, plus 10 points, as well as a fixed compensation of €40 for recovery costs (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code).
As the service is intended for businesses, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply.
5. Duration, cancellation, deletion
No commitment: you can stop your subscription at any time from “Settings > Manage my subscription”. It ends at the current due date, with no further charge; the period already paid is not refunded.
Deleting the account (“Settings > Delete my account”) stops the subscription immediately, without refund of the current period, and erases your data.
We may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after notifying you except in an emergency.
6. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, without being able to guarantee it at all times: it also depends on third-party services, notably Google, which may limit or change access to its listings and reviews.
Our liability can only be engaged in case of proven fault and is limited to direct damages, up to the amounts paid during the last 12 months. We are not responsible for the content of the reviews left by your customers.
Neither party is liable for a failure caused by force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including an outage or a decision of a third-party service essential to the service (Google in particular).
7. Personal data
The processing of data is described in the privacy policy. For the data of review authors, we act as a processor on your behalf, under the conditions of the appendix below.
8. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. Important changes are announced to you by email at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable settlement, the courts of Narbonne have sole jurisdiction.

Appendix — Review authors' data (article 28 of the GDPR)
Subject matter and duration: to provide the service, we process on your behalf the reviews left on your Google listings, for the whole duration of your subscription. You are the controller of this processing; we are the processor.
Data and persons concerned: customers who left a review on your businesses (name displayed by Google, rating, text, date, reply). Operations: reading, storage, analysis and translation, writing and publishing replies, statistics for the Monday summary.
Our commitments: process this data only on your instructions, that is according to how the service works and your settings; guarantee its confidentiality and security (see the privacy policy); use it for no other purpose, nor to train artificial intelligence models; help you respond to requests from the persons concerned; notify you without undue delay of any breach of this data.
Sub-processors: you authorize the use of the providers listed in the privacy policy (Cloudflare, Google, Anthropic, Resend). We notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to this list; you may object by canceling your subscription. These providers are bound by the same obligations.
End of the contract: when you delete your account, all this data is erased from our database. On request, we provide you with the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with these commitments.
