How much does an AI agent cost for my business?
Custom AI agents are quoted according to your business and number of locations. The separate Google review reply app is still in preparation and is planned at €49 per month per location.
What happens after the 2-month pilot?
You decide: move to the Essential or Operational plan, or stop, with no fees and no notice period. During the pilot we measure together what the agent saves you, so you decide based on real results.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
You can stop at any time. Your agent is switched off at the end of the current month, and your data as well as your configurations (knowledge base, history, access) are handed over on request. Nothing is held hostage.
How many updates can I request per month?
As many as needed: new price, new service, changed hours or procedures — I update your agent's knowledge with no limit and no extra charge. For a new agent or a new integration, we discuss it together.
Are there hidden fees or a commitment?
None. Your monthly fee is agreed together before we start, based on your business and number of venues, and then it doesn't change. No setup fee, no extra infrastructure to pay for, no 12-month contract. You start when you want, you stop when you want.
What if I'm not comfortable with computers at all?
That's exactly why I handle everything. There's nothing to learn, nothing to install, nothing to configure. You send me your information by email or WhatsApp, and I take care of everything else.
How long before my AI agent is up and running?
Count on 1 to 2 weeks between our first conversation and going live: a few days to design the agent and train it on your business, a few days for testing and fine-tuning with you.
