How it works
Who writes the replies?
They are written automatically from the review, the description of your business and the tone you chose. You can always edit them.
Which Google account do I need?
The one that manages your business listing on Google (owner or manager). You sign in with it, then choose the locations to follow.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can read a text message, you can use it. Everything happens in the browser of your phone or computer, with nothing to install.
In which language are the replies written?
You choose the language of the replies for each location.
Publishing
Are replies published without me knowing?
No. By default, nothing is published without your approval. If you want, replies can go out on their own: for positive reviews only, or for all reviews. You then keep a delay to cancel them.
What about negative reviews?
The suggested reply stays calm and courteous. By default, you always read it before publishing; they only go out on their own if you chose to publish all reviews automatically.
Can I edit a reply?
Yes. Before publishing it, you can edit it or ask for another suggestion.
Price and subscription
How much does it cost?
€49 per month per location, or €490 per year (two months free). From 5 locations: €44 per month or €440 per year per location.
How does the free trial work?
7 days free. Your card is asked for at the start, but nothing is charged before the trial ends. If you stop before, you pay nothing.
How do I stop?
From “Settings”, in one tap. No commitment and no fees. Replies you have already published stay on Google.
Your data
What happens to my data?
It is only used to write and publish your replies. You can delete your account and all your data at any time, from “Settings”. The details are in the privacy policy.
